Return, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy Summary

• Return window: Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after delivery and must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

• Return conditions: Products may be inspected as they would be in a physical store. Please return all supplied parts where possible. Missing original packaging alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.

• Return shipping cost: TRYHGI pays the return shipping cost for all approved returns, including damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

This policy applies to orders placed with TRYHGI, operated by Nordic Passive ApS, and applies to customers in Poland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.

If one order contains several products that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final product is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement within the withdrawal period.

Providing a reason for the return is voluntary.

2. Return Deadline and Return Procedure

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

We recommend contacting us before returning the goods so that the return can be correctly linked to your order. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping costs for all approved returns.

This applies to eligible returns from all seven supported countries:

• Poland

• Germany

• Austria

• Italy

• Spain

• Czech Republic

• Hungary

This applies both to returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal and to products that are:

• damaged,

• defective,

• incorrectly delivered,

• or otherwise not in accordance with the order.

Please use the return instructions provided by us.

Additional costs caused by independently choosing a more expensive or express shipping method will only be reimbursed if we agreed to them in advance.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Consumers may inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as they would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.

The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in accordance with applicable law.

Where possible, please return the product together with all supplied components, including:

• accessories,

• battery,

• charger,

• instruction manuals,

• and original packaging, if available.

The absence of original packaging alone does not remove the consumer's right of withdrawal.

5. Batteries and Damaged Products

Damaged, swollen, leaking or otherwise unsafe batteries must not be shipped without prior coordination with us.

We will provide appropriate instructions for safe handling and return.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

If the product is:

• damaged in transit,

• or otherwise not in conformity with the order,

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photos or videos showing the issue.

We will provide a free return solution and inform you of the available remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include:

7. Refunds

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received in connection with the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of the standard delivery method offered by us.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until:

• we receive the returned goods, or

• you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is agreed with the customer.

No additional refund fee will be charged.

For cash-on-delivery payments, we will arrange a suitable fee-free refund method with the customer.

Refunds will generally be processed in the currency of the original transaction, subject to the payment method and applicable payment processing arrangements.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

10. Statutory Consumer Rights

We do not provide an additional voluntary commercial warranty unless expressly stated for a specific product.

Nothing in this policy limits the customer's statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

All mandatory consumer rights under applicable European Union and national consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Where the consumer's country of residence provides mandatory consumer protections, those protections continue to apply.
