This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders placed with TRYHGI, operated by Nordic Passive ApS.

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
We do not currently ship under this policy to countries or regions outside the seven countries listed above.
2. Processing Time
After successful order and payment confirmation, orders are reviewed, processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.
Processing time is calculated separately from transit time.
3. Transit Time and Estimated Delivery Time
After the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated transit time is 8–15 business days.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders delivered to Poland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary.

There is:

Any amount payable by the customer will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.
5. Customs, Import Charges and Taxes
Customers receiving orders in Poland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary will not be charged additional customs, import, handling or standard delivery fees upon delivery.
The total amount displayed at checkout represents the amount payable by the customer for the order, subject to any clearly disclosed optional services selected by the customer.
Any applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be included in or clearly disclosed as part of the final checkout amount in accordance with applicable law.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Where tracking is available for the shipment, the confirmation will include:

It may take several business days after dispatch before the carrier's tracking system displays the first update.
7. Correct Shipping Address

8. Delayed, Undelivered or Lost Shipments

9. Damaged Deliveries
